Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation removes wartime government controls over grain sacks.

During World War I, emergency laws regulated cornsacks (bags used for grain) and secondhand sacks to prevent waste and manage food supply storage. This regulation cancels those specific controls:

It repeals (cancels) the War Precautions (Cornsacks) Regulations 1917
It also repeals the War Precautions (Secondhand Sacks) Regulations 1918

This ends the special wartime rules, allowing businesses and farmers to manage sacks without government oversight.
