sec.89 Termination of agreement without direction

This section applies if a wagering management agreement is terminated otherwise than because of a direction to terminate the agreement given to the wagering licensee by the Minister. The wagering licensee must notify the chief executive in writing of the termination within 7 days after the agreement is terminated. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —40 penalty units.
