sec.84 Ending show cause process without further action
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the Minister no longer believes a ground exists to direct the termination of the wagering management agreement. The Minister must not take any further action about the show cause notice. Notice that no further action about the show cause notice is to be taken must be given by the Minister to the wagering manager and licensee. (sec.84-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the Minister no longer believes a ground exists to direct the termination of the wagering management agreement. (sec.84-ssec.2) The Minister must not take any further action about the show cause notice.
