sec.75 Audit programs
The Minister may approve audit programs for investigating— wagering managers; and business or executive associates of wagering managers. The chief executive is responsible for ensuring an investigation of a person under a relevant approved audit program is conducted in accordance with the program. (sec.75-ssec.1) The Minister may approve audit programs for investigating— wagering managers; and business or executive associates of wagering managers.
