sec.71 Meaning of wagering management agreement
A wagering management agreement is an agreement between a wagering licensee and another person— appointing the other person as a wagering manager for some or all the operations relating to authorised wagering conducted under the wagering licence; and dealing with the wagering manager’s authority; and stating the conditions under which the wagering manager acts as, and remains, a wagering manager for the wagering licensee; and stating other matters agreed between the wagering manager and wagering licensee. s 71 amd 1999 No. 38 s 74
