sec.6 Meaning of race wagering licence
A race wagering licence is a licence authorising the race wagering licensee to conduct wagering on an event or contingency that— is, or relates to, thoroughbred, harness or greyhound racing; and may be lawfully held in Queensland or elsewhere. s 6 sub 2004 No. 21 s 108
- (a) is, or relates to, thoroughbred, harness or greyhound racing; and
- (b) may be lawfully held in Queensland or elsewhere.
