sec.55 Notice to interested persons of decisions
This section applies if the Minister— censures the authority holder under section 48 ; or directs the authority holder to rectify a matter under section 49 ; or suspends the wagering authority under section 52 . The Minister must promptly give written notice of the decision to each interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given. (sec.55-ssec.1) This section applies if the Minister— censures the authority holder under section 48 ; or directs the authority holder to rectify a matter under section 49 ; or suspends the wagering authority under section 52 . (sec.55-ssec.2) The Minister must promptly give written notice of the decision to each interested person to whom a copy of the show cause notice was given.
