sec.341 Validation of extension of sports wagering licence
This section applies to the extension, before the commencement of this section, of the term of the sports wagering licence held by TattsBett. The extension of the term of the licence is taken to have been validly granted as if— section 29A had been in force at the time of the granting of the extension; and the extension had been granted under that section. s 341 ins 2013 No. 62 s 66 amd 2014 No. 53 s 10 (sec.341-ssec.1) This section applies to the extension, before the commencement of this section, of the term of the sports wagering licence held by TattsBett. (sec.341-ssec.2) The extension of the term of the licence is taken to have been validly granted as if— section 29A had been in force at the time of the granting of the extension; and the extension had been granted under that section.
- (a) section 29A had been in force at the time of the granting of the extension; and
- (b) the extension had been granted under that section.
