sec.33 Authority generally not transferable
A wagering authority can not be transferred. However, if a wagering authority is mortgaged or otherwise encumbered with the Minister’s approval, subsection (1) does not prevent the transfer of the authority, subject to section 34 , by way of enforcement of the security. (sec.33-ssec.1) A wagering authority can not be transferred. (sec.33-ssec.2) However, if a wagering authority is mortgaged or otherwise encumbered with the Minister’s approval, subsection (1) does not prevent the transfer of the authority, subject to section 34 , by way of enforcement of the security.
