sec.328 Control system for permit holders

This section applies to a race club that is taken to be a permit holder under section 327. The system of internal controls and administrative and accounting procedures used, immediately before the commencement day, by the race club for the conduct of wagering by totalisators is taken to be the club’s approved control system until the earlier of the following— the end of 1 year starting on the commencement day; the entering into of an agency agreement between the race club and initial operator. (sec.328-ssec.1) This section applies to a race club that is taken to be a permit holder under section 327.
