sec.320 Control system for initial operator
This section applies if, on the commencement day, the initial operator makes a control system submission to the chief executive. The TAB’s control system is, with any necessary modifications, taken to be the initial operator’s approved control system until the chief executive approves, or refuses to approve, under section 176, the control system to which the submission relates. (sec.320-ssec.1) This section applies if, on the commencement day, the initial operator makes a control system submission to the chief executive.
