sec.306 Procedures for reviews
For reviewing an outcome or a decision, the Minister— must give the licence operator and the licensed club a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to make representations about the outcome or decision; and must consider any representations. s 306 amd 1999 No. 38 s 87 ; 2004 No. 21 s 123 sch
