sec.284 Indictable and summary offences
An offence against section 217 , 218 or 220 is an indictable offence. Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence. (sec.284-ssec.1) An offence against section 217 , 218 or 220 is an indictable offence. (sec.284-ssec.2) Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence.
