sec.235 Return of identity card

A person who ceases to be an inspector must return the person’s identity card to the chief executive immediately after ceasing to be an inspector unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. s 235 sub 2005 No. 12 s 83
