sec.174 Content of control system

An authority operator’s control system for authorised wagering must— be in writing; and include details about each matter for the wagering stated in subsection (2) , to the extent the matter relates to the internal controls to be put in place by the operator for the following purposes— ensuring amounts payable by the operator to the State for the wagering are worked out and paid under this Act; protecting the integrity of the conduct of the authorised wagering.
