sec.172 Revenue offence
An authority holder must not evade the payment of an amount payable by the authority holder as a wagering authority fee or wagering authority administration fee. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 289 , to have also committed the offence. s 172 amd 1999 No. 38 s 82 ; 2013 No. 51 s 229 sch 1 sub 2018 No. 13 s 86
