This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the chief executive still believes a ground exists to direct the termination of the agency agreement but— does not believe termination of the agreement is warranted; and does not consider it is appropriate to take action under section 158 . This section also applies if the chief executive has not given a show cause notice to the wagering agent but— believes a ground exists to direct the termination of the agency agreement; and does not believe the giving of a show cause notice is warranted. The chief executive may, by written notice given to the wagering agent, censure the agent for a matter relating to the ground for directing the termination of the agreement. The notice must state the reason for the decision to censure the wagering agent. The chief executive must promptly give a copy of the notice to the licence operator.
