sec.147 Suitability of associates
In deciding whether a business or executive associate of a wagering agent is a suitable person to be associated with a wagering agent’s operations, the chief executive may have regard to the following matters— the associate’s character or business reputation; the associate’s current financial position and financial background.
- (a) the associate’s character or business reputation;
- (b) the associate’s current financial position and financial background.
