sec.130 Direction to rectify matter after show cause process
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for a show cause notice, the chief executive— still believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel a key person licence; and believes a matter relating to the ground for suspension or cancellation is capable of being rectified and it is appropriate to give the key person licensee an opportunity to rectify the matter. The chief executive may direct the key person licensee to rectify the matter. If the chief executive decides to give a key person licensee a direction under this section, the direction can be effected only by the chief executive giving the licensee an information notice for the decision.
