sec.12 Relationship with other laws
Section 11 has effect despite any other law dealing with wagering, including, in particular, the Racing Integrity Act 2016 . Nothing in this Act applies to a person carrying on bookmaking under the Racing Integrity Act 2016 under a racing bookmaker’s licence. s 12 amd 2000 No. 21 s 47 ; 2002 No. 58 s 398 (1) sch 2 pt 1 ; 2016 No. 12 s 389 s ch 2 pt 2 (sec.12-ssec.1) Section 11 has effect despite any other law dealing with wagering, including, in particular, the Racing Integrity Act 2016 . (sec.12-ssec.2) Nothing in this Act applies to a person carrying on bookmaking under the Racing Integrity Act 2016 under a racing bookmaker’s licence.
