#### 77 Labelling requirements for prescribed substance 77 Labelling requirements for prescribed substance > > (1) In addition to labelling requirements under the [Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1966-031), an authorised supplier who supplies a prescribed substance must attach a statement in writing to the relevant package or container that— > > > > > (a) warns of the purpose of the dose of the substance, and > > > > > (b) states the dangers of administration of the substance, and > > > > > (c) states that, if the substance is supplied for self-administration— > > > > > > > (i) the substance must be stored— > > > > > > > > > (A) in a locked box that complies with the requirements stated in section 79, and > > > > > > > > > (B) otherwise in accordance with other requirements provided by the authorised supplier, and > > > > > > > (ii) any unused or remaining substance must be given to an authorised disposer by the contact person for the patient to whom the substance is supplied. > > > (2) The statement must be in the approved form.
