#### 69 Contact person may refuse to continue in role 69 Contact person may refuse to continue in role > > (1) The contact person for a patient may refuse to continue to perform the role of contact person. > > > (2) If the contact person for a patient refuses to continue to perform the role— > > > > > (a) the person must inform the patient of the refusal, and > > > > > (b) the person ceases to be the contact person for the patient on informing the patient under paragraph (a), and > > > > > (c) the patient must make another appointment under section 66(1).
