#### 172 Execution of documents by Board 172 Execution of documents by Board > > (1) A document is executed by the Board if the document is signed on behalf of the Board by 2 members of the Board authorised under subsection (2). > > > (2) The Board may authorise any of its members to sign documents on behalf of the Board, either— > > > > > (a) generally, or > > > > > (b) subject to the conditions specified in the authorisation. > > > (3) A document purporting to be executed in accordance with this section is to be presumed to be executed until the contrary is shown.
