#### 162 Minister may declare ss 159 and 160 inapplicable 162 Minister may declare ss 159 and 160 inapplicable > > (1) The Minister may, by written notice, declare that section 159 or 160 does not apply in relation to a specified matter either— > > > > > (a) generally, or > > > > > (b) in voting on particular resolutions. > > > (2) The Minister must present a copy of a declaration made under subsection (1) to be laid before each House of Parliament within 14 sitting days of the House after the declaration is made.
