#### 161 Quorum where s 159 applies 161 Quorum where s 159 applies > > (1) Despite section 151, if a member of the Board is disqualified under section 159 in relation to a matter, a quorum is present during the consideration of the matter if 2 members of the Board who are entitled to vote on any motion that may be moved at the meeting in relation to the matter are present. > > > (2) The Minister may deal with a matter to the extent the Board must not deal with the matter because of subsection (1).
