#### 130 Protection for persons assisting access to voluntary assisted dying or present when substance administered 130 Protection for persons assisting access to voluntary assisted dying or present when substance administered > A person does not incur criminal liability if the person— > > > (a) in good faith, assists another person to request access to, or access, voluntary assisted dying in accordance with this Act, or > > > (b) is present when another person self-administers, or is administered, a prescribed substance in accordance with this Act.
