128 Application of Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1996
> > (1) The provisions of the [Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1966-031), Part 5, Divisions 2–4 (the applied provisions) apply, for the purposes of the enforcement of this Act, with—
> >
> > > (a) the modifications prescribed by the regulations, and
> >
> > > (b) other necessary modifications.

> > (2) A definition in the [Poisons and Therapeutic Goods Act 1966](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1966-031) of a term used in the applied provisions also applies for the purposes of the application of the provisions under subsection (1).
