95 Appointment of member of the Board (1) The Minister, by order published in the Government Gazette, may appoint an eligible person to be a member of the Board. (2) A person is eligible for appointment as a member of the Board if the Minister is satisfied that the person has the appropriate knowledge and skills to perform all of the duties and functions of a member of the Board.
