85 Offence to induce another person to request voluntary assisted dying (1) A person must not, by dishonesty or undue influence, induce another person to make a request for access to voluntary assisted dying. ***request*** means— (a) a first request; or (b) a written declaration; or (c) a final request; or (d) an administration request.
