113 Delegation by Secretary The Secretary, by instrument, may delegate the Secretary's powers under Division 2 of Part 4 to determine an application for a voluntary assisted dying permit, or amend a voluntary assisted dying permit, to a person or class of persons employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004**.
