107Annual reports

107 Annual reports (1) The Board must, no more than 3 months after the end of a financial year, make a report on the operation of this Act during that financial year. (2) A report made under subsection (1) may make recommendations on any systemic voluntary assisted dying matter identified by the Board during the reporting period. (3) The first report under subsection (1) must relate to the period commencing on the second anniversary of the date of commencement of this section and ending on 30 June the following year.
