56 What is an *excluded acquisition*?

An excluded acquisition is—

S. 56(a) amended by No. 23/2009 s. 36(4).

(a) an acquisition of electricity under which the electricity that is acquired is later acquired by AEMO or a person or body specified by the ESC rules; or

(b) a standard scheme acquisition or a notional scheme acquisition specified by Order under section 57.
