Part 13—Double glazed windows

9 Prescribed activity

(1) The prescribed activity is installing a glazing product specified in subclause (2), where the product—

(a) is installed in place of one or more windows in an external wall; and

(b) is installed for a minimum of 5 m2.

(a) a product listed on the ESC register as belonging to a product category whose category number is specified in column 1 of Table 13.1;

(b) an unlisted product that complies with the criteria specified in column 2 of an item in Table 13.1.
