Part 12—Underfloor insulation

8 Prescribed activity

(1) The prescribed activity is installing a product, or 2 or more products, specified in subclause (2), where the product or products—

(a) are installed in respect of a floor area that is not insulated; and

(b) are installed for a minimum of 20 m2 in accordance with AS 3999.

(a) a product listed on the ESC register as belonging to a product category whose category number is specified in column 1 of Table 12.1;

(b) an unlisted product that complies with the criteria specified in column 2 of an item in Table 12.1.
