8B Electric boosted solar water heater—Schedule 2, Part 3
(1) This clause applies to a prescribed activity set out in Part 3 of Schedule 2 if the product installed as part of that activity is a category 3D product.
(a) the day on which the installed product is first able to produce and deliver water heated by solar energy; or

10 Specified space heating product and space cooling product—Schedule 2, Part 6
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 6 of Schedule 2 is the later of—
(a) the day on which the installed product is first able to produce and deliver heating or cooling; or
(b) if the prescribed activity involves decommissioning a controlled heating or cooling product, the day on which the controlled heating or cooling product is decommissioned.
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 12 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product or products is completed.
15 Glazing product—Schedule 2, Part 13
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 13 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
16 Thermally efficient window—Schedule 2, Part 14
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 14 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
17 Weather sealing—Schedule 2, Part 15
(1) This clause applies to a prescribed activity set out in Part 15 of Schedule 2 if the product installed as part of that activity is—
(a) a category 15A product; or
(b) a category 15B product; or
(c) a category 15D product; or
(d) a category 15E product; or
(e) a category 15F product; or
(f) a category 15G product; or
(g) a category 15H product.
(2) The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for the prescribed activity is the day on which the last of the products or combinations of products is installed as part of the activity.

(1) This clause applies to a prescribed activity set out in Part 15 of Schedule 2 if the product installed as part of that activity is a category 15C product.
(a) the day on which the last of the products is installed; or
(b) the day on which the last of the ceiling or wall exhaust fans replaced by the installed products is decommissioned.
19 Weather sealing—weather sealing product—Schedule 2, Part 15
(1) This clause applies to a prescribed activity set out in Part 15 of Schedule 2 if the product installed as part of that activity is a category 15I product.
(2) The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for the prescribed activity is the day on which the installed product is first able to operate as described in the Secretary's specifications.
20 Low flow shower rose—Schedule 2, Part 17
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 17 of Schedule 2 is the later of—
(b) the day on which the shower rose with a flow rate above 9 L/min is decommissioned.
22 High efficiency refrigerators and freezers—Schedule 2, Part 22
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 22 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 24 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
25 Energy efficient clothes dryers—Schedule 2, Part 25
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 25 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
26 High efficiency pool pumps—Schedule 2, Part 26
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 26 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
27 Public lighting upgrade—Schedule 2, Part 27
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 27 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the activity is completed.
28 Gas heating ductwork—Schedule 2, Part 28
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 28 of Schedule 2 is the later of—
(b) the day on which the ducted gas heater connected to the installed product is first able to produce and deliver gas heating after the installation of the ductwork.
29 In-home display unit—Schedule 2, Part 30
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for the prescribed activity set out in Part 30 of Schedule 2 is the first day on which the installed product is connected to the sensing apparatus and provides to the consumer—
(a) if the installed product is a category 30A product, the information referred to in paragraph 30A(b)(iii)(C) of the criteria applying to that product category; or
(b) if the installed product is a category 30B product, the information referred to in paragraph 30B(a)(iii)(C) of the criteria applying to that product category.
30 High efficiency motor—Schedule 2, Part 31
(1) This clause applies to a prescribed activity set out in Part 31 of Schedule 2 if the product installed as part of that activity is—
(a) a category 31A product; or
(b) a category 31B product.
(2) The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for the prescribed activity is the day on which the installation of the product is completed.
31 Specified high efficiency motor—Schedule 2, Part 31
(1) This clause applies to a prescribed activity set out in Part 31 of Schedule 2 if the product installed as part of that activity is a category 31C product.
(2) The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for the prescribed activity is the day on which the installed product is first able to operate as described in the Secretary's specifications.
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 32 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installed product is first able to deliver refrigeration.
33 Refrigeration fan motor and ventilation fan motor—Schedule 2, Part 33
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 33 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the installed product is first able to deliver power to the fan to which it is connected.
34 Building based lighting upgrade—Schedule 2, Part 34
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 34 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the lighting upgrade referred to in clause 25 of Schedule 2 is completed.
35 Non building based lighting upgrade—Schedule 2, Part 35
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 35 of Schedule 2 is the day on which the lighting upgrade referred to in clause 26 of Schedule 2 is completed.
36 Water efficient prerinse spray valve—Schedule 2, Part 36
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 36 of Schedule 2 is the later of—
(b) if the prescribed activity involves decommissioning a prerinse spray valve, the day on which the replaced prerinse spray valve is decommissioned.
37 Gas-fired steam boiler—Schedule 2, Part 37
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 37 of Schedule 2 is the later of—
(b) the day on which the existing boiler is decommissioned.
38 Gas-fired hot water boiler or gas-fired water heater—Schedule 2, Part 38
The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 38 of Schedule 2 is the later of—
(b) the day on which the existing boiler or water heater is decommissioned.
