39 Electronic gas/air ratio control—Schedule 2, Part 39

The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 39 of Schedule 2 is the later of—

(b) the day on which the gas-fired steam boiler, gas-fired hot water boiler or gas-fired water heater with the installed product is commissioned to produce and deliver steam or water heated by gas.

40 Combustion trim—Schedule 2, Part 40

The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 40 of Schedule 2 is the later of—

(b) the day on which the gas-fired steam boiler, gas-fired hot water boiler or gas-fired water heater with the installed product is commissioned to produce and deliver steam or water heated by gas.

41 Gas-fired burners—Schedule 2, Part 41

The time specified for the purposes of regulation 11(1) and (2) for a prescribed activity set out in Part 41 of Schedule 2 is the later of—

(b) the day on which the existing gas-fired burner is decommissioned.
