56D Proceedings for review by VCAT On an application under section 56B in relation to a reviewable decision within the meaning of that section, VCAT may— (a) affirm the decision of the ESC; or (b) set aside the decision of the ESC and remit the matter to the ESC for reconsideration of the decision in accordance with any directions or recommendations of VCAT.
