55A Compliance audit (1) If the ESC has reasonable grounds to suspect that an accredited person has contravened a provision of this Act or regulations made under it, the ESC may— (a) conduct an audit of the accredited person's compliance with this Act and regulations made under it; or (b) require the accredited person to appoint an independent auditor to audit the accredited person's compliance with this Act and regulations made under it. (2) A compliance audit may relate to one or more matters. S. 55B inserted by No. 34/2022 s. 52.
