26N Permission to transfer or surrender certificates while account cancelled or suspended The ESC, by written notice, may authorise a person to transfer or surrender certificates for the period specified in the notice if— (a) the person's VEET scheme registry account is cancelled or suspended; and (b) in the circumstances, the ESC considers it appropriate to allow the person to transfer or surrender certificates.
