26K Decision of ESC after giving notice (1) After giving notice to an account holder under section 26E or 26F and considering any submissions made by the account holder and any other available information, the ESC may— (a) cancel any suspension imposed under section 26F; or (b) suspend the VEET scheme registry account under section 26D; or (c) take no further action. (2) The ESC must give an account holder a statement of written reasons for a decision to suspend a VEET scheme registry account. (3) Any period of suspension imposed under section 26F until the date of the ESC's decision under this section is to be deducted from a period of suspension under subsection (1)(b).
