26DSuspension of VEET scheme registry account

26D Suspension of VEET scheme registry account (1) The ESC may suspend a person's VEET scheme registry account for a period of up to 12 months if— (a) the ESC determines that the person is not a fit and proper person for the purposes of holding a VEET scheme registry account; or (b) the person breaches a condition of holding the VEET scheme registry account. (2) The ESC may suspend a VEET scheme registry account for a further period of up to 12 months. S. 26E inserted by No. 34/2022 s. 24.
