13D Application to vary conditions of accreditation (1) An accredited person may apply to the ESC in writing for approval to vary the conditions of accreditation. (2) Without limiting subsection (1), an accredited person may apply to the ESC to vary the prescribed activities or class of prescribed activities that the accredited person may undertake.
