Part 8—Freedom of Information Act 1982 29 Statement of reasons for decision A decision-maker complies with section 46 in relation to a request for a statement of reasons for a decision made under the **Freedom of Information Act 1982** if the decision-maker gives, or has given, the person who made the request a notice that complies with section 27 of that Act.
