Part 5A—Health Professions Registration Act 2005 Sch. 1 cl. 11A inserted by No. 97/2005 s. 181, amended by No. 27/2012 s. 28. 11A Constitution of Tribunal for hearings The Tribunal is to be constituted for the purposes of making a final determination under Part 4 of the **Health Professions Registration Act 2005** as in force immediately before its repeal by at least 3 members, of whom at least 2 must be health practitioners with professional qualifications in the health profession regulated by the board that is a party to the proceedings.
