99 Notice of hearings (1) The principal registrar must give notice, in accordance with the rules, of the time and place for the hearing of a proceeding to— (a) each party to the proceeding; and (b) each other person entitled to notice of the proceeding or hearing under this Act, the enabling enactment or the rules; and (c) any other person that the Tribunal directs be given notice of the hearing. (2) If a person, including a party, to whom notice has been given in accordance with the rules fails to attend, the hearing may be held in the absence of that person. S. 99(3) inserted by No. 11/2021 s. 57. (3) In this section, the place for the hearing of a proceeding includes the hearing of a proceeding by audio link or audio visual link.
