46E Constitution of Tribunal

(1) The Tribunal is to be constituted for the purposes of proceedings under section 171 of the **Local Government Act 2020** by a senior member or presidential member who has been admitted to legal practice sitting alone.

(2) The Tribunal is to be constituted for the purposes of proceedings for review of a decision made by a Councillor Conduct Panel under section 170 of the **Local Government Act 2020** by a senior member or presidential member who has been admitted to legal practice sitting alone.
