45 Documents to accompany application An application under section 80(a) of the **Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986** must be accompanied by— (a) the notice of acquisition (if appropriate); and (b) the initial offer of compensation made by the Authority (if any); and (c) the claim made by the claimant; and (d) the reply (if any) of the Authority to the claim. 46 Costs Nothing in section 109 applies to a proceeding under the **Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986**[[8]](#endnote-9).
