39 National Trust must be given opportunity to be heard The National Trust (within the meaning of the **Heritage Act 2017**)— in a proceeding under Part 5 of that Act. Section 109 of the **Heritage Act 2017** gives the Minister administering that Act a call-in power in respect of proceedings before the Tribunal under that Act.
