37A Access to documents (1) A person may make an application to the principal registrar that any documents lodged in relation to a proceeding under the **Guardianship and Administration Act 2019** not be disclosed to a specified person or class of persons. (2) The principal registrar must determine an application under subclause (1) fairly and according to the merits of the application. Sch. 1 cl. 38 amended by No. 13/2019 s. 219. 38 Settlement offers Sections 112 to 115 do not apply to a proceeding under the **Guardianship and Administration Act 2019**. Sch. 1 Pt 10 (Heading and cl. 39) substituted by No. 7/2017 s. 308.
