3 Definitions
In this Act—
S. 3 def. of *acting judge* inserted by No. 14/2006 s. 21, repealed by No. 5/2013 s. 69(a).
S. 3 def. of *ADR* inserted by No. 6/2025 s. 174(2).
***ADR*** means a process attended, or participated in, by a party in a proceeding for the purposes of negotiating a settlement of the proceeding or resolving or narrowing the issues in dispute, including, but not limited to—
(a) mediation;
(b) early neutral evaluation;
(c) settlement conference;
(d) reference of a question to an expert or other person;
(e) expert determination;
(f) compulsory conference;
(g) conciliation;
***application*** means application to the Tribunal;
***applicant*** means—
(a) a person who makes an application; or
(b) a person who requests or requires a matter to be referred to the Tribunal;
***Business Licensing Authority*** means Business Licensing Authority established under
